• We manage most situations in house without the added expense of a solicitor. However, when you do need one, we have trusted Solicitors with whom we work alongside.

• Because we don’t tie you into long contracts we have two ways you can pay.  You can ‘pay as you go’, which has a slightly higher fee rate or you can buy hours in advance.  This is not a retainer where you lose the money if you don’t use the services that month.  You keep the hours until you need them.  This gives you a better rate and evens out your HR expenditure.  You can build up your hours to an agreed limit and then stop paying until you’ve used up your HR banked hours credit. There are some straight forward terms and conditions with this package but many of our clients love it as it has saved them thousands of pounds over the retainer approach.  Most of our competitors don’t offer this as an option, so we’re pretty unique.
